This proprietary blend of silane/siloxane plus flurorcarbons repels water and deicing salts. Plus a stain repellent additive makes oil and grease based stains easier to clean. Its hydrophobic nature resists freeze-thaw, mold, mildew and moisture intrusion. Provides a flat, natural finish and creates a long-lasting water-repellent surface that beads water. Use with the Lithi-Tek 4500 primer to make concrete up to 50% stronger and resist abrasions. When used as a primer it reduces porosity, prevents cracking and surface deterioration and increases adhesion of a top coat sealer by up to 25%.
