A two component, 100% solids, rapid setting polymer liquid joint filler system that has a significantly faster set time and extended shave time.
This easy to apply, self-leveling, 100% solids, two component, rapid curing polyurea joint filler is tough and flexible to reduces spalling, chipping, deterioration and cracks in joints with a hardness Shore A 80-81. Designed for 10-15% movement of installed joint width, it is flexible enough to accommodate small slab movement yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading. And thanks to its zero VOC and low-odor mixture, this material is tack free in just minutes and can be shaved and returned to service in under an hour.
A two-component, 100% solids, polyurethane/polyurea hybrid crack filler designed for injection into vertical or horizontal cracks in concrete, bricks, and stone.
This two-component, 100% solids, polyurethane/polyurea hybrid crack filler is designed for injection into vertical or horizontal cracks in structural materials including concrete, bricks, and stone. It bonds, repairs and seals cracks, spalls, pop-outs and defects in heavy traffic industrial concrete floors. When cured, Poly-Strong PS 55 is a highly durable rigid structural polymer with a Shore D Hardness of 70-75. It has very high adhesive and tensile properties; creating a long-lasting bond to the surface that outlasts many notable competing products. It is virtually odorless and is non-hazardous.
This unique 95% solids, two-component, polyurethane/polyurea hybrid surface restoration grout was developed to resurface damaged concrete and floor imperfections such as air holes, sand aggregate pops, pitting, gouges and scratches.
This two-component, structural polyurethane/polyurea hybrid was developed to fill/repair concrete floor surface imperfections such as air holes, popouts, surface pitting, scratches and gouges. Hides imperfections and returns concrete floor surfaces to a “like-new” appearance. It’s a rigid structural polymer with a Shore D Hardness of 70-75 and is primarily used for fine grouting and repairing. Perfect for repairing defects smaller than 1⁄2” and perfecting the surface prior to polishing and sealing.
