Best used as a basecoat before using the Polyaspartic 930 (flake floors) or Armor-Tek 830 topcoat (clear, solid color or metallic floors). This durable epoxy floor coating repels chemicals, stops dusting and resists abrasions in a clear or colored high gloss finish.
The Epoxy Max 100 basecoat is the first step in an epoxy floor coating system. Before applying an epoxy floor coating it is best to scarify and rough up the surface of the concrete in order for the coating to properly bond and adhere. This can be achieved by acid etching and neutralizing the concrete or by mechanically grinding the concrete with a floor grinder (best practice).
The Epoxy Max 100 is available as a two-component kit containing a Part A and a Part B. Part A and Part B are mixed together throughly with a large drill paddle or jiffy mixer. Once Part A and Part B are mixed, the Epoxy Max 100 must be applied within 10-40 minutes. Once the surface has been properly prepared, the Epoxy Max 100 can then be applied with an epoxy glide roller or squeegee. About 8-24 hours after applying the Epoxy Max 100, a topcoat can then be applied.
The Epoxy Max 100 is available clear; however, a color additive may be mixed in with Epoxy Max 100 Part A at time of application. Use the Armor-Tek 830 as a top coat in clear or solid color floors.
Decorative flakes can be cast into the wet Epoxy Max 100 and then top coated with the Polyaspartic 930 concrete floor coating.
If you would like to achieve a metallic floor, first apply a coat of Epoxy Max 100 mixed with a color additive. Next apply an additional coat of Epoxy Max 100 mixed with a metallic additive. Lastly use the Armor-Tek 830 as a topcoat.
The combination of the Epoxy Max 100 and a topcoat is an excellent choice to stop concrete dusting, repel oils, greases, chemicals and acids. Keep in mind the Epoxy Max 100 can only be used on indoor concrete floors.
If there is moisture in the concrete prior to application, first use the Vapor-Tek 440.
The Micro-Degreaser 1100 concrete cleaner and degreaser can be used to degrease and remove soils and stains prior to using the Epoxy Max 100.
The Hydro-Etch 1000 concrete acid etcher can be used to etch the concrete prior to applying the Epoxy Max 100.
Best used as a topcoat in clear, solid color or metallic floor systems after using the Epoxy Max 100 basecoat. This durable and easy to apply polysiloxane floor coating provides a UV stable finish. Repel chemicals and resist abrasions all while leaving a satin or gloss finish.
The Armor-Tek 830 is typically applied about 8-24 hours after applying the Epoxy Max 100 basecoat. If more than 24 hours have elapsed since the Epoxy Max 100 basecoat has been applied it is best to lightly sand the surface of the Epoxy Max 100 to maximize the bond and adhesion of the Armor-Tek 830.
The Armor-Tek 830 is available in a clear, two-component kit. Each kit contains a Part A and a Part B. Part A and Part B are mixed together with a paint stick (do not use a drill or jiffy mix to mix). Once Part A and Part B are mixed the Armor-Tek 830 must be applied within 20-25 minutes.

If a natural finish is desired the Siloxa-Tek 8510 is the best penetrating concrete sealer and the longest lasting penetrating concrete sealer to use on a garage floor. This high actives product is able to resist deicing salts and will make oil and grease stains easier to clean
The Siloxa-Tek 8510 is our flagship concrete sealer and a triple threat when it comes to protecting against water, deicing salts and stain resistance from oils and greases. Because of the small amount of solvent carrier, this high actives penetrating sealer is the deepest penetrating and longest lasting sealer in the Siloxa-Tek line.
Available only in a ready to use version, two coats are easily applied wet-on-wet with a solvent rated sprayer, roller or brush. The concrete retains its natural, flat finish after sealing.
To increase the strength and performance of the Siloxa-Tek 8510, apply one coat of the Lithi-Tek 4500 five to seven days prior to sealing with the Siloxa-Tek 8510.
The Micro-Degreaser 1100 can be used to degrease and remove soils and stains prior to using the Siloxa-Tek 8510.
The water-based version of the Siloxa-Tek 8510 is the Siloxa-Tek 8505. It features low VOCs and is compliant in all 50 states
We took our favorite all-around, concrete sealer and made it even better. Take all the best attributes of 8500 - resists water intrusion, deicing salts and chlorides and add to it resistance from staining making it an even better choice for driveways. The same stain resistance technology found in the 8510 is also in this water based product, making oil and grease clean up easier. The main difference between the 8510 and the 8505 is that the 8510 uses a solvent as a carrier and the 8505 uses water as a carrier.
Available in a ready to use version, or an ultra concentrated version. The ultra concentrated version is mixed with 3 gallons of distilled water prior to application. Two coats are easily applied wet-on-wet with a sprayer, roller or brush.
