A proprietary blend of silane & siloxane, this penetrating, water-based, concrete sealer prevents salt, chloride and freeze-thaw damage. Plus, its hydrophobic nature resists wind driven rain, moisture intrusion, mold and mildew. The benefits are endless but most importantly its high actives concentration allows it to outlast and outperform the competition - lasting upwards of ten years. Provides a flat, natural finish and creates a long-lasting water-repellent surface that beads water. Use with the Lithi-Tek 4500 primer to make concrete up to 50% stronger and resist abrasions. When used as a primer it reduces porosity, prevents cracking and surface deterioration and increases adhesion of a top coat sealer by up to 25%.
