Penetrating Water & Salt Repellent Siloxa-Tek® 8500
Versatile, invisible, enduring—the criterion of penetrating concrete sealer.
Prevent deicing salt, chloride and freeze-thaw damage with our most recommended sealer. Hydrophobic concrete resists rain, moisture, mold and mildew — preventing cracking. Our proprietary silane/siloxane blend offers longer service life and better performance in a safe water-based formula.
Easily applied with a low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush on a variety of concrete, brick and masonry applications. Use indoors and outdoors on new and old concrete. Approved by the Department of Transportation for use on highways and bridges, approved by our customers for use on driveways, patios and basements.
Imbue your concrete with the power of water and salt repellency while preserving its original appearance. Available ready to use or concentrated (5x). Use stand-alone or as a top-coat with a densifiying primer for increased performance and abrasion resistance.
